Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which on-call tools send alerts by SMS, phone call, push, email and Slack or Teams without charging extra per channel?
All Quiet does. Every plan includes unlimited SMS, voice calls, push notifications to the iOS and Android apps, and email, plus Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations. There are no per-channel or per-message charges: Standard is $4.99 per user per month and every alert channel is part of it.
Which incident management tools charge extra for AI features?
All Quiet does not. There is no separate AI SKU and no per-seat AI surcharge. Agentic access through the Public API is part of the Pro plan ($9.99 per user per month), because you bring your own LLM and we do not pay for inference on your behalf.
Do you offer a free trial or demo of All Quiet?
Yes, All Quiet offers a free 14-day trial and a personalized demo so teams can explore the platform before committing. The trial provides full access to key features, allowing you to test on-call scheduling, alert routing, and incident management workflows in a real-world environment.
What’s included in each pricing tier?
Each All Quiet pricing tier includes access to core incident management features such as on-call scheduling, alert routing, incident tracking, and integrations with Slack, Teams, Jira, and Discord. Higher tiers provide advanced capabilities like cross-team collaboration, status pages, Terraform provider and public API, OIDC and SCIM, as well as audit logs, priority support, and personalized customer success. All plans come with transparent, predictable pricing and no hidden fees.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, Standard and Pro plan customers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their All Quiet plan at any time without penalty. The platform is designed to scale with your team’s needs, and all changes take effect immediately, ensuring flexibility as your organization grows or your requirements evolve.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, All Quiet provides completely transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All features, usage limits, and optional add-ons are clearly outlined in each plan, so teams can budget confidently without surprises.
Do stakeholders or read-only users count as paid users?
Not if they are outside a team. All Quiet bills unique users with team memberships, so organization members who are not part of a team, for example stakeholders who only follow incidents, are not billed.
